Ferguson Australia’s Lobster Oil combines the superb lobster flavour from the Southern Rock Lobster (Jasus edwardsii) infused with the finest Australian Olive Oil. 

Ferguson Australia’s Lobster Oil is 100% natural containing no artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings and does not contain any genetically modified ingredients. The Lobster Oil has an 18 month shelf life. 

The Lobster Oil is medium to deep ruby gold in colour and has a rich roasted lobster aroma that is slightly nutty.

Lobster Oil is bottled in a clear glass bottle and sealed with an aluminium black screw capped lid. The label is baked onto the glass bottle. It is packed for export in cardboard cartons and delivered by sea freight.

Lobster Oil is extremely versatile and the perfect for daily use with everyday meals:

  • Drizzle over fresh cooked rice noodles,
  • Freshly cooked eggs (scrambled, poached or Fried),
  • Drizzle over Dumplings or use as a dipping sauce
  • Drizzle over steamed or roasted vegetables to replace butter
  • Garnish dishes
  • Add to Asian stir fries and Fried rice for flavouring
  • Add to seafood marinara pasta and risotto
  • Or simply use as a dip with a fresh Baguette

About Woodsmoke Gourmet

Woodsmoke Gourmet was originally created in order to introduce Australians to the wonderful world of BBQ plank cooking!

Founder Scott was immediately hooked after discovering “BBQ Cedar Planked Salmon" on a trip to the Pacific North West region of USA and Canada. “I loved the natural simplicity of the preparation, and when I tasted the result I was blown away”.

Upon returning to Australia, he was disappointed to discover that BBQ grilling planks were relatively unknown. This disappointment though, was the motivating factor behind the development of Woodsmoke Gourmet.
