INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x 2 pack Woodsmoke Gourmet Cedar Plank, soaked
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 4 (180-200g) salmon fillets

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and set aside. Combine mustard, maple syrup and vinegar in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper and pour over salmon making sure to coat both sides. Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat BBQ to medium-low heat, about 180°C. Place marinated salmon on the soaked plank on your BBQ grill grate, close lid and BBQ for 12-15 minutes until salmon is medium or done to your liking.
  3. Remove salmon and plank from BBQ and serve.
