INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Hickory grilling plank
  • 450g lean beef or lamb mince
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. sun dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 egg

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Shape into 3-4 burgers.
  • Add to plank, BBQ on high for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite burger toppings and enjoy!
