INGREDIENTS
- 1 Hickory grilling plank
- 450g lean beef or lamb mince
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 egg
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Shape into 3-4 burgers.
- Add to plank, BBQ on high for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite burger toppings and enjoy!
